遠藤良峻助教（筆頭著者）および明石卓也教授（責任著者）らによる，カリフォルニア工科大学との国際共著論文 “Systematic Face Pareidolia Generation Method Using Cycle‐Consistent Adversarial Networks” が，Wiley Top Viewed Article に選出されました。本論文は，IEEJ Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Engineering 誌に2024年に掲載された論文のうち，閲覧数上位10%に入ったものです。

本論文では，顔ではない対象に顔を見出す心理現象である「顔パレイドリア」に着目し，Cycle‐Consistent Adversarial Networks（CycleGAN）を用いて，顔パレイドリアを誘発する視覚刺激を系統的に生成する方法を提案しました。
